A purchase order confirmation is when we receive the payment. Olimp company confirms the order for the goods in writing or verbally. The price (including VAT) for the goods (the "price") is the price quoted by the Company. The buyer agrees to make a payment on the same day to confirm his purchase. The buyer can place an order over the phone, via WhatsApp Messenger or our website. We will send a written confirmation of the customer's order via email, text, or WhatsApp messenger. We do not confirm orders verbally, as we do not record phone conversations with customers.
In a peak season time, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock availability; if the ordered product by 'YOU' is not available, 'WE' can offer you a similar product based on your main order if the one you ordered is out of stock (not enough quantity). If you decline, we will cancel your order, and the payment will be reversed back to you (depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 working days
