If we do not receive payment at least one day before the planned delivery, the warehouse team will remove the unpaid goods from the pallet ready for delivery, and we will charge the buyer for the employees time of work with customer order.
If you are purchasing the tubes from uvtubes.co.uk and paying the wee charge, we will collect the used tubes from your shop upon delivery. However, you need to notify us straight away after placing an order. Old tubes must be placed in lamp sleeves and packed in cardboard boxes for transportation safety. We will collect old lamps in the same quantity as the quantity of your order.
We need to be notified as soon as possible, either in writing or verbally, of any defects in the goods after delivery, as soon as the buyer becomes aware of them. The buyer needs to take and send a video or picture of the damaged goods. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if they have not been rejected on or before the 5th working day after delivery.
